We will estimate the efficacy of your agents using HTX- transplanted nude mouse model.

1. Primary evaluation for efficacy of antitumor agents.
2. Non-clinical screening of a high order for your compounds using an organ specific tumor transplanted nude mouse model.
3. We will find an optimal therapy for your compound as a single agent and/or combination therapy with other antitumor agent(s).
4. We will investigate the resistance and side effect of the object agent when given with a repeated or long-term administration.
5. Evaluation of anti-metastatic effect against HTX-transplanted into a specific organ of nude mouse.
6. Supply of appropriate HTX(s) for analyzing molecular-target and evaluation of antitumor effect by its HTX-transplanted nude mice.

Experimental capacity

Maximum six chemotherapies are treated by using 300-350 nude mice at one time in several size of six vinyl-isolators. Nude mice will be purchased from CLEA Japan, Inc. or Japan SLC, Inc.
