Xenografts (HTXs) in Nude Mice

We will estimate customer’s compound using our excellent predictability of HTXs-given antitumor panel
- HTXs had been established in nude mice, under specific pathogen free condition, from cancer patients since 1975.
- The individual biological characteristics (include genes analysis) and chemosensitivity of each tumor have been cleared.
- All HTXs have been passaged in vivo into nude mice in large vinyl-isolator
- Chemotherapies have been performed by clean bench and vinyl-isolator method.
